So what does 'strategy, design and technology' mean?
Strategy
P&C teams work in a uniquely tricky position in their organisations: they need to balance the very human need for creating a beautiful, fulfilling work environment for their people (and themselves) with the very real demands of the enterprise bottom line. XD’s strategic focus makes sure what we are doing is right for the time, place, people and business involved.
Design
Every interaction is a chance to delight - every touch point has a chance to make someone’s day. Beautiful design doesn’t just mean gorgeous documents and stunning venues - true human centered design means deeply considering the people we’re designing for and delivering just the right thing for them at the right time. Empathy, nuance and ethics play strong roles in XD’s design practice.
Technology
Sure, technology promises big things - but delivering that promise can be tricky. Sometimes a new system is needed… often times a simple solution can be found through considered research (and a fair bit of tweaking) of the tools already available to us. From beautifully executed online (and hybrid) facilitation to dashboards and self-service solutions; leveling up a P&C team’s technical game doesn’t have to mean reinventing the wheel.
